The Sure Lab Co., Ltd. (company registration no. 0115569026061) takes the protection of visitors' personal data seriously, in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

What we collect: only what you enter in the contact form — name, email, phone number, company name and project details.

Purpose: solely to respond to you and prepare the proposal you asked for. We do not sell or pass your data to third parties.

Retention: contact form submissions are kept for no more than 24 months from receipt, then deleted.

Fonts and external resources: this site self-hosts its font files. No request is made to an external font server, so your IP address is not sent anywhere.

Your rights: you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or object to the processing of your data by contacting [email protected].

SSH Monitor (iOS application)

What the app stores, and where

SSH Monitor stores the following on the user's device only:

- Server credentials — passwords, private keys (PEM), key passphrases, proxy and jump-host passwords — stored in the iOS Keychain, encrypted by the operating system

- Server configuration — hostname, port, username, connection mode and proxy settings, pinned host-key fingerprints — stored in the app's local storage on the device

- Metrics read from the user's own servers — %CPU, %MEM, %DISK, load average, uptime, process list — stored in the app's local storage on the device, so home-screen widgets can display them

Nothing leaves the device

- The app has no developer-operated server, no user accounts and no sign-up.

- The only outbound connection the app makes is the SSH connection to the servers the user enters themselves.

- The app contains no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind, within the app or across other apps.

- We do not collect, transmit, sell or disclose any user data to third parties.

Device permissions

The app requests no access to location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or any other personal data on the device.

Deleting data

- Deleting a server from the list in the app removes that server's credentials, settings and cached metrics.

- Uninstalling the app removes everything the app has stored from the device.
